We work with open-ended text responses from surveys and internal forms — the kind of data that does not fit neatly into a spreadsheet column. This includes feedback forms, employee pulse surveys, stakeholder consultations, and similar data collections.
How long does a Survey Insight Review take?
A Survey Insight Review typically takes 3 to 5 working days from the time we receive your response data and any context about what the survey was measuring. We include a discussion session after the summary is ready.
What is included in the Form Intelligence Setup?
The setup configures sorting and short-summary helpers for your form responses, provides a review checklist your team can follow independently, and includes a training session so team members understand how to use and maintain the process.
Is the Response Insight Programme a fixed contract?
It is a defined engagement covering multiple surveys with agreed review cycles rather than an open-ended retainer. At the end of the programme, your team has a maintenance guide to continue independently. We can discuss scope and duration during the initial consultation.
How do you handle the privacy of survey response data?
Response data shared with us is used only for the scope of your service engagement. We do not retain or share data with third parties. You can share data in anonymised form if preferred — this does not affect the quality of grouping and summarisation.
Can we start with the smaller service and move to a larger one later?
